Dear Families,

My name is Edona Rexha, and I am honored to serve as the Educational Director of Steps to Success 2 Preschool and Daycare. My mission in this role is to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to learn and grow.

My goal in working with your child is to foster development across all domains—social, emotional, cognitive, and physical—through a curriculum that sparks curiosity and creativity. I am dedicated to understanding each child’s individual needs and discovering the most effective ways to support their growth.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Childhood Education, which has provided me with a strong foundation in early childhood development and effective instructional strategies for young learners. In addition, I have earned a Master’s degree in Teaching English to Second Language Learners, equipping me with specialized skills to support language development in diverse classroom settings.

At Steps to Success 2, we strive for excellence by fostering a warm, inclusive community where children feel safe, confident, and eager to explore. Every moment is an opportunity to nurture their curiosity, creativity, and love for learning. Together with our dedicated team and supportive families, we are committed to guiding each child as they take their first steps toward a lifetime of success and happiness.
